In the face of the growing COVID-19 pandemic, the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) recognised the need for education to prevent the spread of the pandemic and launched an interactive online course called MBRU Community Immunity Ambassador Program.
Built on the foundation that community engagement and empowerment are critical to breaking the chain that is COVID-19, MBRU leveraged the social networks of those completing the course by encouraging them to share the program.

Within three days of launch, more than 300K people had signed up to become Community Immunity Ambassadors.
